How to be Your Own Galentine
Masala Merrynade strives to nourish both body and soul by providing a dope place to create meaningful connections via thoughtfully crafted discussions and meals. Think real talk over real food.
In its first event of the year, Masala Merrynade welcomes idea alchemist and founder of Big Idea Lab Marina Romashko in How to Be Your Own Galentine.
With over two decades of experience as a productivity coach, energy healer, and mindfulness teacher, Marina expertly leverages her insights to lead a transformative 90-minute interactive workshop on the empowering topic of how to be your own friend, or, to use seasonal terminology, your own Galentine.
Marina designed this workshop exclusively for Masala Merrynade and people seeking their own merry, who want to enhance their self-esteem, practice self-compassion, and cultivate a deep sense of self-love.
You’ll be provided with a beautiful vegan journal, journaling prompts, mindfulness practices, and exercises to be better equipped with the tools to transform your most important relationship- the one you have with yourself.
Through its events, Masala Merrynade provides food for thought AND body. Vegan chef Soni Satpathy-Singh will provide a bountiful ALL VEGAN SPREAD that will provide you with nourishment during this workshop.
In the spirit of Galen/Valentine’s Day, the usual suspects of chocolate, cheese, and wine will be served, but in a not-so-traditional way.
You’ll try the following:
- A robust spread of hand-crafted artisanal dark and white chocolate bark
- Individual charcuterie cups
- A grazing table* complete with artisanal nut cheeses, chutneys, khatta, sandwiches, and mini tarts all punctuated with masala
- Non-alcoholic wine and elixirs
To recap, your tickets gets you:
- Practical tools and strategies for incorporating mindfulness and self-love into daily routines
- Access to a Q&A with a mindfulness coach/expert
- Nourishing, flavor-punched vegan food and drinks
Along with being a productivity coach, energy healer, and mindfulness teacher, Marina is a 2x entrepreneur. She has worked in business coaching and project management for Fortune 500 companies, boutique brands, start-ups, and individuals.
Her productivity coaching style has developed over her 20-year career in time and energy management and therapy.
